Citation
1.  This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Prohibition of Sale) Notification 2006.
Prohibition of sale
2.  A person must not sell, offer or expose for sale or display to the public the readily recognisable parts and derivatives set out in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the animal specified in the first column of the Schedule.

Horn, if worked, unworked or simply prepared and any part, powder or waste of that horn. Substantially complete or parts of dead specimens (whether in natural form, stuffed, chilled, preserved, dried or otherwise treated).
 
Meat.
PROBOSCIDEA
ELEPHANTIDAE
Elephas maximus
(Asian elephant)
Loxodonta africana
(African elephant)
Tusk or tooth, whether worked, unworked or prepared, and any part, powder or waste of that tusk or tooth.
CARNIVORA FELIDAE
 
Panthera tigris (Tiger)
Substantially complete or parts of dead specimens including, but not limited to, teeth, claws, skin, bones (whether in natural form or otherwise treated or prepared which may or may not be contained in preparations).
