Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57(1) of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, the Enterprise Singapore Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Enterprise Singapore Board (Fees — Registration of Representative Office) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 11 December 2025.

Fees relating to registration of representative office in Singapore

2.—(1)  A fee of $200 is payable for each of the following:

(a) an application to register a representative office in Singapore pursuant to section 6(2)(f) of the Act;

(b) an application to renew such registration.

(2)  The Board may waive, remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee mentioned in paragraph (1).
