Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(i)(iv) of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, the Enterprise Singapore Board makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Enterprise Singapore Board (Certification Marks) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 14 May 2018.

Certification marks

2. The following marks are certification marks of the Board:

(a)	the Singapore Quality Class Mark set out in Part 1 of the First Schedule;
(b)	the Singapore Quality Class with People Mark set out in Part 2 of the First Schedule;
(c)	the Singapore Quality Class with Innovation Mark set out in Part 3 of the First Schedule;
(d)	the Singapore Quality Class with Service Mark set out in Part 4 of the First Schedule;
(e)	the Singapore Quality Class with Innovation and Service Mark set out in Part 5 of the First Schedule;
(f)	the Singapore Quality Class with People and Service Mark set out in Part 6 of the First Schedule;
(g)	the Singapore Quality Class with Innovation and People Mark set out in Part 7 of the First Schedule;
(h)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR Mark set out in Part 8 of the First Schedule;
(i)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with People Mark set out in Part 9 of the First Schedule;
(j)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with Innovation Mark set out in Part 10 of the First Schedule;
(k)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with Service Mark set out in Part 11 of the First Schedule;
(l)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with Innovation and Service Mark set out in Part 12 of the First Schedule;
(m)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with Innovation and People Mark set out in Part 13 of the First Schedule;
(n)	the Singapore Quality Class STAR with People and Service Mark set out in Part 14 of the First Schedule;
(o)	the Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation Mark set out in Part 15 of the First Schedule;
(p)	the Innovation Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 16 of the First Schedule;
(q)	the People Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 17 of the First Schedule;
(r)	the Service Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 18 of the First Schedule;
(s)	the Singapore Quality Award Mark set out in Part 19 of the First Schedule.

Transitional certification marks

3. In addition to the certification marks mentioned in paragraph 2, the following marks are certification marks of the Board, for the period starting 1 April 2018 and ending 30 September 2022:

(a)	the Singapore Quality Class Mark set out in Part 1 of the Second Schedule;
(b)	the Singapore Innovation Class Mark set out in Part 2 of the Second Schedule;
(c)	the Singapore Service Class Mark set out in Part 3 of the Second Schedule;
(d)	the People Developer Mark set out in Part 4 of the Second Schedule;
(e)	the Singapore Quality Class Star Mark set out in Part 5 of the Second Schedule;
(f)	the Singapore Quality Award Mark set out in Part 6 of the Second Schedule;
(g)	the Service Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 7 of the Second Schedule;
(h)	the Innovation Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 8 of the Second Schedule;
(i)	the People Excellence Award Mark set out in Part 9 of the Second Schedule;
(j)	the Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation Mark set out in Part 10 of the Second Schedule.
