(Accreditation Marks) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(i)(iv) of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, the Enterprise Singapore Board makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Enterprise Singapore Board (Accreditation Marks) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 14 May 2018.

Accreditation marks

2.  The following marks are accreditation marks of the Board:

(a) the accreditation marks for the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC‑SINGLAS) set out in Part 1 of the Schedule;

(b) the accreditation marks for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Inspection Bodies set out in Part 2 of the Schedule;

(c) the accreditation marks for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Certification Bodies set out in Part 3 of the Schedule;

(d) the accreditation marks for the Singapore Accreditation Council Accredited Facilities set out in Part 4 of the Schedule.

Cancellation

3.  The Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (Certification Marks for Accreditation Schemes) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 246/2004) is cancelled.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Part 1

Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC‑SINGLAS)

1. The following marks are the accreditation marks for the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC‑SINGLAS):

(a) the accreditation mark for the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC‑SINGLAS), issued before 1 April 2018

(b) the accreditation mark for the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC‑SINGLAS), issued on or after 1 April 2018

Part 2

Accreditation Mark Scheme for Inspection Bodies

1. The following marks are the accreditation marks for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Inspection Bodies:

(a) the accreditation mark for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Inspection Bodies, issued before 1 April 2018

(b) the accreditation mark for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Inspection Bodies, issued on or after 1 April 2018

Part 3

Accreditation Mark Scheme for Certification Bodies

1. The following marks are the accreditation marks for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Certification Bodies:

(a) the accreditation mark for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Certification Bodies, issued before 1 April 2018

(b) the accreditation mark for the Accreditation Mark Scheme for Certification Bodies, issued on or after 1 April 2018

Part 4

Singapore Accreditation Council Accredited Facilities

1. The following marks are the accreditation marks for the Singapore Accreditation Council Accredited Facilities:

(a) the accreditation mark for the Singapore Accreditation Council Accredited Facilities, issued before 1 April 2018

(b) the accreditation mark for the Singapore Accreditation Council Accredited Facilities, issued on or after 1 April 2018
