In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Environmental Protection and Management (Parallel Import Motor Vehicles — Exemption) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 May 2021.

Exemption

2.  Regulation 4(2) of the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Rg 6) does not apply to any of the motor vehicles as described in the Schedule.
