Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Fees for Licences) Regulations.

Fees

2.  The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof shall be payable to the Agency.

THE SCHEDULE

Fees

First column		Second column
1. For the grant or renewal of a licence to import or sell hazardous substances		(a) $200 for a licence granted or renewed for a period of 3 months (b) $700 for a licence granted or renewed for a period of 5 years
2. For an application to amend a licence (that is granted or renewed for a period of 5 years) to import or sell hazardous substances		$280 per application, regardless of the number of amendments applied for
