In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31G(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Declaration of DPWCS Area) Notification 2023.

Declaration of DPWCS area

2.  The area described in the Schedule is declared a DPWCS area for the purpose of Part 3B of the Act, with effect from 22 November 2023.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Jurong Lake District DPWCS area

  The Jurong Lake District DPWCS area comprises the area the boundary of which starts at the point 35,048.9428 metres North and 17,368.4909 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum (called in this paragraph the start point) and runs along successive lines of coordinates approximately as follows:
