In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31G(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Declaration of DPWCS Area) Notification 2023.

Declaration of DPWCS area

2.  The area described in the Schedule is declared a DPWCS area for the purpose of Part 3B of the Act, with effect from 22 November 2023.
