Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31G(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Declaration of DPWCS Area) Notification 2020.

Declaration of DPWCS area

2.  The area described in the Schedule is declared a DPWCS area for the purposes of Part IIIA of the Act, with effect from 22 June 2020.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Kampong Bugis DPWCS area

The Kampong Bugis DPWCS area comprises the area the boundary of which starts at Geylang Road at the Sir Arthur’s Bridge and continues progressively —

(a) generally west along Kallang Road until its junction with Crawford Street;

(b) generally south along Crawford Street until the Crawford Bridge; and

(c) generally follows the bank of the Rochor River and Kallang River until Sir Arthur’s Bridge along Geylang Road,

and which is more particularly demarcated in the map below, but excludes the following premises within the area:

(d) the Kallang Rivergreen Building;

(e) the Kallang Riverside Condominium;

(f) the Sri Manmatha Karuneshvarar Temple;

(g) The Riverine By The Park Condominium.
