Education Endowment and Savings Schemes
(Prescribed Amount of Contribution)
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(5) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.

Amount of contribution

2.  The amount of contribution to be paid to every member of the Edusave Pupils Fund under section 9(1) of the Act for the year 2012 shall be —

(a) $200 for a member who is receiving primary education in a prescribed school; and

(b) $240 for a member who is receiving secondary education in a prescribed school.
