4.—(1) For 2021, the amount of contribution to be paid under section 9(1)(b) of the Act is —| (a) | $230 for a non‑schooling member who is at least 7 years of age but below 13 years of age; | | (b) | $230 for a non‑schooling member who —| (i) | is at least 13 years of age but below 15 years of age; | | (ii) | is receiving home‑schooling in accordance with the terms and conditions in paragraph 3(2)(a) and (b)(i) and (ii) of the Compulsory Education (Exemption) Order (Cap. 51, O 1) and such other terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit under that Order; and | | (iii) | did not perform, in 2020, at the Primary School Leaving Examination and the National Education Quiz, at such level of educational achievement as the Director‑General of Education may determine; |
| | (c) | $230 for a non‑schooling member who —| (i) | is at least 13 years of age but below 17 years of age; | | (ii) | does not attain 17 years of age at any time in 2021; and | | (iii) | is receiving primary education in a designated school; and |
| | (d) | $290 for a non‑schooling member not mentioned in sub‑paragraph (b) or (c), who —| (i) | is at least 13 years of age but below 17 years of age; and | | (ii) | does not attain 17 years of age at any time in 2021. |

(2) In this paragraph —| “designated school”, “home‑schooling”, “National Education Quiz” and “Primary School Leaving Examination” have the meanings given by the Compulsory Education (Exemption) Order; |
| “non‑schooling member” means a member of the Edusave Pupils Fund who is not a full‑time student of a prescribed school at any time during 2021. |
