Whereas by Gazette Notifications No. 3520 of 1st October 1982 and No. 3655 of 12th October 1984 notice was given respectively of the proposal to make an order declaring certain industries and products therein specified to be pioneer industries and pioneer products respectively:

And whereas no objections being received to such proposal the following orders were made:

The industries specified in the first column of the Schedule and the products specified against such industries in the second column of the Schedule shall be pioneer industries and pioneer products respectively for the purposes of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act.
