Estate Duty (Koh Peng Yam, Deceased) (Remission) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Estate Duty Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Estate Duty (Koh Peng Yam, Deceased) (Remission) Order 2001.

Remission of estate duty

2.  The sum of $1,238.40 payable under the Act on the share in the Estate of Oey Siok Lian, Deceased, passing on the death of Koh Peng Yam on 19th December 1997 is hereby remitted.

Made this 26th day of December 2000.
