(Exemption) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(1) of the Early Childhood Development Centres Act 2017, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Early Childhood Development Centres (Exemption) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 2 January 2019.
Exemption
2.  The operator of an early childhood development centre specified in the Schedule is exempt from section 6(1) of the Act in relation to that centre.
