Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the Exchange Control Act 1953, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Monetary Authority of Singapore, makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Exchange Control (Continuance of Act) Notification 2023.

Continuance of Act

2.  The period during which the Act remains in force is extended to 31 December 2033.
