The following offences may be compounded, in accordance with section 69 of the Act, by the Executive Director or any officer authorised by him:| (a) | any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 28(2), 29(3), 33(6), 34(7), 37(6), 39(2), 40(3), 41(3), 43(6), 43A(3) or (4), 64(1)(a) or 65(4) or (5) of the Act; [S 187/2023 wef 07/04/2023] | | (b) | any offence under regulation 5(3), 6(2), 7(3), 8(2) or 9(3) of the Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations 2010 (G.N.
