Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Electricity Act 2001, the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Manpower, Tan See Leng, the Minister charged with the responsibility for energy and energy utilities, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Electricity (Connections to and Use of Key Facilities, etc.) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.
Prescribed wharfs and jetties
2.  The wharfs and jetties prescribed for the purposes of section 20A of the Act are specified in the First Schedule.
Prescribed periods
3.  The periods prescribed for the purposes of section 20B of the Act are specified in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Regulation 2
Prescribed wharfs and jetties
1.  Any wharf or jetty that is equipped or capable of being equipped to load onto or discharge from any vessel, any liquid fuel or gaseous fuel (but not any gas as defined in section 2 of the Gas Act 2001), that may be used by a generating station in Singapore to generate electricity.
