Exemption) Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Dental Registration Act 1999, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Dental Registration (Member of Singapore Dental Council — Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 May 2024.

Exemption

2.—(1)  Subject to sub-paragraph (2), section 7(a) of the Act does not apply to Professor Christopher Charles Peck.

(2)  The exemption in sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the condition that Professor Christopher Charles Peck is the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of Singapore.

Revocation

3.  Revoke the Dental Registration (Member of Singapore Dental Council — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 295/2021).
