| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Deposit Insurance (Designation of Deposit Insurance Agency) Notification. |
| Designation of deposit insurance agency |
| 2. For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, shall be designated as the deposit insurance agency for the purposes of the Act. [G.N. No. S 60/2006] |
