Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Deposit Insurance (Designation of Deposit Insurance Agency) Notification.

Designation of deposit insurance agency

2.  For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, shall be designated as the deposit insurance agency for the purposes of the Act.
