Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Destruction of Disease-Bearing Insects (Prescribed Form) Regulations.

Notice

2.  Every notice served by the Commissioner, a police officer, a Medical Officer of Health or a public health auxiliary under section 23 of the Act shall be in accordance with the Form set out in the Schedule.
