Companies (Prescribed Percentage
under Section 76B(3) and (3B))
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76B(3) and (3B) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Prescribed Percentage under Section 76B(3) and (3B)) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2013.

Prescribed percentage under section 76B(3) and (3B) of Act

2. For the purposes of section 76B(3) and (3B) of the Act, the prescribed percentage shall be 20%.
