Children and Young Persons Act

(Chapter 38)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development hereby orders that cell numbers 401 to 412 and 440 to 451 of Hall B, Block 2, Queenstown Remand Prison, 50 Jalan Penjara, Singapore 149373, be a Young Offenders Section, with effect from 15th August 1998.

2. Item (a) of the Schedule to the Children and Young Persons (Young Offenders Sections) Notification (N 1) is deleted.
