Children and Young Persons
(Approved Hospitals) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(3) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Children and Young Persons (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 1 July 2020.

Approved hospitals

2.  For the purposes of section 70 of the Act, the Minister declares the hospitals specified in the Schedule to be approved hospitals.

Cancellation

3.  The Children and Young Persons (Approved Hospitals) (Consolidation) Notification (N 11) is cancelled.
