Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Prescribed Form) Regulations.

Form

2.  Every notice to be served by the Director‑General, a police officer or an authorised officer under section 46 of the Act shall be in accordance with the form for the Notice to Attend Court provided at the Agency’s official website at http://www.nea.gov.sg.
