Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Services Tunnels (Declaration of Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area) Notification 2021.
Declaration of Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area
2.  The Minister declares the area set out in the Schedule to be a common services tunnel area known as the Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area within which a common services tunnel and any ancillary facility of the common services tunnel is built or is proposed to be built.

Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area
1.  The area bounded by Shenton Way, Raffles Quay, along the northern boundary of Lot TS30‑00185K, along the boundaries of waterfront promenade and lots fronting Marina Bay comprising of Lot TS30‑00390V, Lot TS30‑00554A, Lot TS30‑00379X, Lot TS30‑00380K, along the boundaries of lots fronting the Marina Channel comprising of Lot TS30‑00394K, Lot TS30‑00463P, Lot TS30‑00540A, Lot TS30‑00570T (north‑eastern boundary), along the boundaries of lots fronting the Singapore Strait comprising of Lot TS30‑00570T (south‑eastern boundary), Lot TS30‑00572K, Lot TS30‑00562C, Lot TS30‑00560X, Lot TS30‑00536T, Lot TS30‑00537A, Lot TS30‑00559C (south‑eastern boundary), along the south‑western boundaries of lots south‑west of the Marina Coastal Expressway fronting Keppel Harbour comprising of Lot TS30‑00559C, Lot TS30‑00563M, Lot TS30‑00512X, Lot TS30‑00322C, Lot TS30‑00513L, Lot TS30‑00521P, Lot TS30‑00524K, Lot TS30‑00515M, along the southern edge of the Keppel Viaduct, into and along Shenton Way and more particularly delineated in the plan below.
