| 1. This Notification is the Common Services Tunnels (Declaration of Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area) Notification 2021. |

| 2. The Minister declares the area set out in the Schedule to be a common services tunnel area known as the Marina Bay Common Services Tunnel Area within which a common services tunnel and any ancillary facility of the common services tunnel is built or is proposed to be built. |
