Exemption Order under section 97

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co‑operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby exempts the I.T. Services Co‑operative Limited from section 89(3) of the Act so as to enable any sums unclaimed after 2 years from the date of cancellation of its registration to be donated to the Sree Narayana Mission Home for the Aged Sick, instead of being transferred to the Co‑operative Societies Liquidation Account.
