In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co‑operative Societies Act 1979, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Co‑operative Societies (NTUC Income Insurance Co‑operative Limited — Exemption from Section 88) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 20 March 2023.

Exemption from section 88 of Act

2.  The society NTUC Income Insurance Co‑operative Limited is exempt from section 88 of the Act.
