Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Control of Rent (Exemption — Statutory Bodies) (Consolidation) Notification.

Exempted premises

2.  The following properties and premises are exempted from the provisions of the Act:

(a) all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Port of Singapore Authority;

(c) all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board;

(d) all properties of the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore;

(e) all properties of the Sentosa Development Corporation situate in Sentosa; and

(f) all properties belonging to, leased or sold by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
