In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40D(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Criminal Procedure Code (Relevant Law Enforcement Agencies) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 September 2025.

Relevant law enforcement agencies

2.  The authorities specified in the Schedule are prescribed as relevant law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 40D of the Code.
