2.—(1) For the purposes of section 377(6) of the Code, the prescribed fee for an application for a copy each of the record of proceedings and the grounds of decision is as follows:| (a) | if the notice of appeal is lodged in relation to a judgment, sentence or order of a Magistrate’s Court or District Court —| (i) | $50; and | | (ii) | in the case of an application for an additional copy of the record of proceedings or the grounds of decision, $0.50 for each page thereof, subject to a minimum fee of $10 for each copy of the record of proceedings or the grounds of decision; |
| | (b) | if the notice of appeal is lodged in relation to a judgment, sentence or order of the General Division of the High Court, $0.50 for each page of a copy of the record of proceedings and the grounds of decision, subject to a minimum fee of $10. [S 1047/2020 wef 02/01/2021] |
(2) For the purposes of section 426(1) of the Code, the prescribed fee for an application for a copy of any judgment, sentence, order, deposition or other part of the record of proceedings in a criminal case or matter is the sum of —| (a) | $5, payable at the time of the application, for each type of document requested in the application; and | | (b) | $0.50 for each page thereof, |
| subject to a total minimum fee of $15 for each type of document requested. |
