(Allowances — Prescribed Date)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20F of the Carbon Pricing Act 2018, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Carbon Pricing (Allowances — Prescribed Date) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Prescribed date under section 20B of Act
2.  For the purposes of section 20B of the Act, the prescribed date is 31 December 2027.
