(Establishment) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Community Mediation Centres Act 1997, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 December 2025.

Community Mediation Centre

2.  A Community Mediation Centre is established at 45 Maxwell Road #07‑11, The URA Centre (East Wing), Singapore 069118 for the purpose of providing mediation services in accordance with the Act.

Revocation

3.  Revoke the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2004.
