The Minister of State charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed —

(a) the Chairman of the Economic Development Board to be the Registrar of Manufacturers; and

(b) the Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Board to be the Deputy Registrar of Manufacturers.
