In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(3) of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (Specified Amount under Section 15(3)) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 1 October 2020.

Specified amount under section 15(3) of Act

2.  For the purposes of section 15(3) of the Act, the specified amount is $10,000.
