(Disability Assessment Fees)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1) of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (Disability Assessment Fees) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 31 January 2020.

Disability assessment fees

2.  For the purposes of section 17(2) of the Act, the fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are the maximum amount that an assessor may charge for a disability assessment conducted in the premises that are specified opposite in the first column.
