The Minister for Home Affairs has declared the games, methods, devices, schemes or competitions set out in the Schedule to be games of chance or mixed games of chance and skill for the purposes of the Act.

THE SCHEDULE

(1)  The game of Pai Kow or Pan Tiong.

(2)  The game of Tien Kow.

(3)  The game of Tau Ngau.

(4)  The game of Chap Ji Kee Panjang.

(5)  The game of Fan Tan or Thuahn.
