The Minister for Trade and Industry has appointed —

(a) the Director, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be the Controller of Supplies;

(b) the Deputy Director in charge of the Domestic Trade Section, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be a Deputy Controller of Supplies;

(c) the Assistant Directors in the Domestic Trade Section, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be Assistant Controllers of Supplies; and

(d) the Heads of Sections, the Research Officers, the Field Supervisors and the Supplies Inspectors in the Domestic Trade Section, Ministry of Trade and Industry, to be Supplies Inspectors.
