Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13Z of the Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015, the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Municipal Services Office and Part 2A of the Act makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Community Disputes Resolution (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 7 April 2025.
Prescribed notice
2.  A notice served on a person to attend court under section 13T of the Act must be in the form set out in the Schedule.
