Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.   This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd August 2006.

Designated site

2.  All those parcels of land at Marina Bay, as shown delineated and marked on the Land Parcel Plan in the Schedule, comprised in Town Subdivision 30 in —

(a) Lot numbers 342V, 348X, 349L, 382X, 528C and 529M;

(b) the airspace in Lot numbers 70008M, 70010C, 70011M, 70013V, 70014P, 70015T, 70016A, 70017K, 70030V, 70031P, 70032T and 70033A; and

[S 321/2016 wef 08/07/2016]

(c) the subterranean space in Lot numbers 80022X, 80023L, 80024C, 80025M, 80026W, 80027V, 80051K, 80052N and 80053X,

[S 321/2016 wef 08/07/2016]

shall be designated the Marina Bayfront site on which a casino may be located for a period of 30 years commencing on 23rd August 2006.

Revocation

3.  The Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 501/2006) is revoked.
