Cross-Border Railways
(Fees) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Cross‑Border Railways Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Cross-Border Railways (Fees) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 14 September 2020.

Fees for services rendered by LTA

2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the LTA in respect of the services it renders specified opposite in the first column.

1. Answering any legal requisition regarding any property or lot		$10.90 in respect of each property or lot
2. Searching for any plan or map of the railway area		$21.80 for each plan or map
3. Supplying a photographic or other copy of a plan or map		(a) $10.90 for each copy of A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm) (b) $5.45 for each copy of any size smaller than A0 size
4. Supplying a monochromatic copy of a document without an attached plan or map		$1.09 for each page or part of a page
