(Seletar Airport) Notification 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009, the Minister for Transport, after consultation with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.

Area declared as Seletar Airport

2.  The lands and waters in Singapore described in the Schedule, including all roads, buildings, installations, and equipment therein, are hereby declared to be an airport, known as Seletar Airport, for the purposes of the Act.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Seletar Airport

  All that land and water containing an area of about 1,608,000 square metres within the limits that are the boundaries to Lot numbers 1003K, 1044V, 1045P, 1046T, 1047A, 4515A-PT, 4517N, 4519L-PT, 4991W, 5126W-PT, 5127V-PT, 5146T-PT, 5151K-PT, 5170X-PT and 5171L-PT of Mukim 20, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan below.
