The Minister for Communications and Information Technology has delegated to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore his powers —

(a) under paragraph 84 of the Air Navigation Order (Cap. 6, O 2) in so far as the power to exempt relates to paragraphs 41 and 65(1) and the Fifth Schedule, Sixth Schedule and Eleventh Schedule of that Order;

(b) under all other provisions of the Air Navigation Order except paragraphs 42(1)(a), 66, 67(1), 68(1), 78 and 79; and

(c) under all provisions of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Cap. 6, Rg 2) except regulations 10 and 21.
