Citation
1.  These Regulations are the Copyright (Border Enforcement Measures Fees) Regulations 2021.
Definitions
2.  In these Regulations, “customs officer”, “Director‑General” and “seized goods” have the meanings given by section 329 of the Act.
Fees
3.  The fees specified in the Schedule are payable to the Director‑General in respect of the corresponding matters set out in that Schedule.
THE SCHEDULE
Regulation 3
Fees
1.Prescribed fee under section 332(2)(g) of the Act for a request to seize goods
 
$200
2.Prescribed fee under section 338(2)(f) of the Act for a request for the continued detention of seized goods
 
$200
3.For the escort of a conveyance conveying seized goods
 
$29 per half hour (or part of a half hour) of continuous escort
4.For the attendance of one or more customs officers in connection with —
 
 
(a)the inspection of seized goods
 
$29 per half hour (or part of a half hour) of continuous attendance at the inspection
(b)the destruction of seized goods
 
$29 per half hour (or part of a half hour) of continuous attendance at the destruction
5.For the attendance of one or more customs officers in connection with any other act or service under Division 3 of Part 6 of the Act
 
$29 per half hour (or part of a half hour) of continuous attendance at the operation
