Pursuant to section 17(5) of the Currency Act, it is notified for general information that the denominations and characteristics of the coins to be issued on 1 January 2022 by the Monetary Authority of Singapore are as shown in the Schedule.

1.	The background of the $2 silver proof‑like colour coin and the $2 nickel‑plated zinc proof‑like coin is shiny silver.

2.	The $2 silver proof‑like colour coin and the $2 nickel‑plated zinc proof‑like coin share a common design which features —

(a)	a tiger in the centre of the foreground, with its head, body and right foreleg partially covering the main entrance arch and its left hind leg resting on a rock sculpture in the background, with both its forelegs resting on the ground;

(b)	the main entrance arch engraved in the background and a rock sculpture engraved in the foreground on the left side of the coin;

(c)	iconic spheres on the Art Deco boundary wall that borders Haw Par Villa engraved in the foreground with sculptures of ocean waves and rocks engraved in the background on the right side of the coin; and

(d)	the denomination “$2” engraved and placed at 6 o’clock, below the tiger.

3.	The weight in troy oz and fineness of the coin are engraved above the tiger of the $2 silver proof‑like colour coin.

4.	The tiger featured in the $2 silver proof‑like colour coin is in colour.
