Pursuant to section 17(5) of the Currency Act, it is hereby notified for general information that the denominations and characteristics of the coins to be issued on 8 January 2015 by the Monetary Authority of Singapore are as shown in the Schedule.

In the centre is the Singapore Arms with the year-date “2015” below it, and the word “SINGAPORE” in the 4 official languages around it.
The centre coin features a gold-plated flower Vanda Miss Joaquim, above which is the denomination “$10”. Both are circumscribed by the words “SINGAPORE SECOND ALMANAC COIN SERIES”.
 
Each of the 12 coins surrounding the centre coin depicts an animal of the design featured in the second Chinese Almanac Coin Series, together with the year of issue for that animal, both in Roman numerals and in Chinese characters. The denomination “$2” is below each design.
