Citation

1.  These Rules are the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Map Production Service) Rules 2001.

Fees

2.—(1)  The rate of fees, excluding goods and services tax, payable to the Singapore Land Authority for the production of maps for the agencies specified in the first column of the Schedule is the amount determined in accordance with the formula specified in the second and third columns of the Schedule.

(2)  The Chief Surveyor may remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under these Rules.

(3)  Paragraph (2) applies regardless of whether the fee was paid or payable before, on or after 1 June 2015.

Where	“X” is the number of man‑hours × cost per man‑hour
	“Y” is $(10 × number of data suppliers for the map).
