In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28E(1) of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Bus Services Industry (Designated Operating Entities) Notification 2025.

Designated operating entities

2.—(1)  The LTA designates each entity specified in the first column of the Schedule as a designated operating entity.

(2)  The designation of an entity as a designated operating entity takes effect on the date specified for that entity in the second column of the Schedule.
