Bus Services Industry (Savings and
Transitional) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(2) of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Savings and Transitional) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 22 January 2016.
Public bus services contracts
2.—(1)  Each contract specified in the Schedule (called in this regulation a specified contract) is deemed to be a public bus services contract for the purposes of the Act.
(2)  To avoid doubt, the Act does not prejudice any right under a specified contract that accrued before the date of commencement of the Act.
