Citation
1.  These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Appeals) Regulations 2016.
Prescribed period to appeal to Minister
2.  For the purposes of section 41(4) of the Act, the prescribed period is a period of 14 days after the date of receipt of the decision that is appealed against.
