1.  The Registrar of the Supreme Court shall be the Registrar of Bills of Sale.

2.  The following officers shall be Deputy Registrars of Bills of Sale:

(a) the Assistant Official Assignee; and

(b) the Deputy Registrars of the Supreme Court.
