Citation

1. These Regulations are the Business Names Registration (Exemption from Registration) Regulations 2015.

Exemption

2. The following persons are exempt from the requirement to register under the Act:

(a)	any individual licensed under section 33 or 34 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;
(b)	the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency established under the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency.
